Trucks are the hot thing today, this 1971 Ford F-100 is an attention getter. The first thing noticed is the stance. The truck was subframed in the front using a Camaro sub and 4 linked in the rear to achieve the awesome static drop stance. A satin finish was chosen in Fords original Boxwood green with an off white trim to match the interior. The trucks body is solid with good panel alignment. This pickup has some 67 appointments chosen by the original builder to give the truck the look he wanted. The bed floor has been raised to make room for the c notch in the frame for suspension travel. The powerplant is a stock 302 backed by a C4 automatic transmission and a 10 bolt rear axle. The truck runs, rides and drives great being in numerous shows,runs and cruises around the south eastern part of the country. I personally just made a 6 hour trip in the truck with no issues. Power steering and power disc brakes make this F-100 a snap to drive. On the inside the pickup has a factory cloth bench seat in a plaid pattern with new loop carpeting, painted factory door panels and a stock headliner. All of the lights ,wipers,gauges and horn are in working condition. The AM/FM/CD stereo sounds great with a set of MTX truck boxes behind the seat.
